Leethicia Tomety has turned her passion for events into a profession. With a Bachelor of Arts in Event, Exhibition and Congress Management, a Master of Science in Marketing and Communication and an untamed passion for events, Leethicia Tomety can already look back on an impressive career. More than 200 planned events, hundreds of supervised projects and no less written concepts can be found in her vitae. She was able to gain experience in agencies as well as in companies from a wide variety of industries. Leethicia sees herself as a maker without fear of contact, which is also reflected in her work. Impossible is not an intimidating superlative in their vocabulary, just a question of perspective.

Marina Parra-Flechsig has been leading teams in the MICE industry since over 25 years. Her strong leadership, her university studies in the hospitality industry, her creative mentality and solution-focused philosophy have helped her manage successfully one of the leader incoming agencies in Germany. With her knowledge and vast experience, she has helped many event professionals develop their career. Marina believes in personal relationships and trust and has built her business based on empathy, ethical rules and professionalism

Karina Loepprich has been working in the MICE Industry for almost 15 years, starting as an apprentice and today is Deputy Manager to one of the most recognized DMCs in Germany. She loves the challenges of cultural differences and the spirit of start-ups. Never stopping to learn, curiosity and empathy have been the keys to her successful career development.
